prepare effectively. Each format may require different approaches and preparation.

manager or HR representative. - Focus on building rapport and clearly explaining your qualifications.
- Panel Interview:
- Involves multiple interviewers asking questions.
- Maintain eye contact with the person asking the question, but include others in
your response by glancing around.
- Group Interview:
- You are interviewed alongside other candidates.
- Demonstrate teamwork, leadership, and effective communication.
- Stand out by showing your ability to collaborate respectfully.
- Phone Interview:
- Often used for initial screening.
- Find a quiet location, speak clearly, and keep your resume in front of you.
- Video Interview:
- Conducted through platforms like Zoom or Teams.
- Dress professionally, test your technology, and ensure good lighting and
background.
- Behavioral Interview:
- Focuses on past experiences to predict future behavior.
- Use the STARS method to answer behavioral questions effectively.
- Case/Technical Interview:
- Used to evaluate problem-solving or technical skills.
- Practice with industry-related scenarios or coding problems, depending on the
role.
