About The OphirGold Foundation

The OphirGold Foundation is a Christian nonprofit dedicated to empowering women—especially new immigrants—as they discover purpose, build confidence, and pursue professional success. Rooted in grace, faith, and community, we support women through coaching, mentoring, career development, and spiritual guidance.

Mentee Responsibilities

As a participant in the OphirGold Foundation Mentorship Program, mentees are expected to:

  • Be Committed and Consistent
    1. Attend all scheduled mentorship sessions (held twice monthly) on time.
    2. Notify your mentor in advance if you need to reschedule.
  • Be Open and Receptive
    1. Engage in honest and respectful conversations.
    2. Be open to guidance, feedback, and new perspectives.
  • Set Goals
    1. Come prepared with questions, topics, or updates.
    2. Set personal and professional goals with your mentor’s support.
    3. Follow through on action steps between sessions.
  • Maintain Respect and Confidentiality
    1. Respect your mentor’s time, boundaries, and experiences.
    2. Keep shared discussions confidential and private.
  • Be an Active Participant in Your Growth
    1. Take ownership of your journey by applying what you learn.
    2. Ask for help when needed and express appreciation for support.
  • Reflect and Provide Feedback
    1. Be willing to share what’s working and what’s not..
    2. Help improve the program by completing feedback forms or check-ins..
